Dealing
with Stress & Anxiety
While
anxiety & stress are a normal part of life, they can become
overwhelming to the point of interfering with everyday life.
Anxiety can produce Panic Attacks (sudden onset of intense apprehension,
fear or terror), Agrophobia (anxiety about or avoidance of places
or situations), Social Phobia (anxiety related to social or
performance situations, such as work).
Through Counselling we can begin to identify the sources of
Stress & Anxiety and learn how to prioritise and make necessary
changes in our lives.
