is Counselling
All
of us experience difficulties in our lives. Often, we can sort
them out on our own or with the help of friends. At other times
we may need something more. Ann Jackson provides a secure and
confidential setting where you can explore your thoughts and
feelings with a trained counsellor and psychotherapist and offers
you the chance to make sense of long-standing patterns of thinking
and behavior.
Counselling helps
you to look at problems you are facing now. It may focus on
a specific problem like bereavement or post-natal depression
or on a decision, crisis or conflict. You are encouraged to
talk about the feelings you have about yourself and your situation,
and the counsellor helps you find ways to tackle them.
